Out of 600 voting members, less than 1/3 attend the CallerLab convention.
CallerLab provide an online feedback period of 2 weeks for discussion of the resolution online for all voting members. At the convention, there is an in-person discussion. Members present at the Convention can then participate in the formal vote.
Following the vote at the Convention, all voting members will receive a ballot to vote on the resolutions presented at the convention.
The vote for each resolution from the convention will stand unless 2/3 of the returned ballots vote to rescind. This allows all members regardless of attendance to have a voice in the discussion and a say in the outcome.
